The favorite technicians get special treatment and essentially get to choose their own calls. If they like you, you can no-call, no-show as much as you like with no repercussions but other people get fired for nothing. Some people smoke weed at work and don't get in trouble but others get random drug tests and get fired. Several of the plumbers have alcohol in their work vehicles and drink while driving. They set impossible sales goals so that you end up getting a pay cut. They charge way too much to customers (marking up some parts 5x their cost) but don't pay their employees more. They just use the money to hire more sales people and middle management. To get a fancy new building and big trucks for the sales guys to drive around.
