One of the main pro's for me was the satisfaction I get from seeing the transformation of an old floor or cabinet and knowing I had a hand in revitalizing it to look good again. Some of the other pro's are the diverse set of tasks we do in a day that don't get boring but still have us working to improve the level of quality and performance so we our confidence grows in being able to provide good work. Customer interaction is another big plus as I get to see what their needs are and work to exceed their expectations. The smile and gratitude that they show from a job well done is extremely satisfying.

Not anything major but if you don't like following a Franchise based system then this won't be for you. This does not mean you can't still be creative within the scope of the franchise.
