Bad salaries, worst cost cutting procedures. very low benefits, increments, no bonus. Inadequate support for developers, poor hardware cost cutting all around, due to one man's decisions. Director oversees just listening to his pets. Will pay according to the university you came from, even then well below average. Will hire people from long distance, since they tend to stay in the office more for low salaries.
