There isn’t really anything bad to say

This was an environment where we definitely worked hard but management acknowledged hard work. I always felt valued as an employee and free to offer input within the department that I worked. For a CPA firm, there seemed to be low turnover. It also was not uncommon for former employees to return to the firm.

Seemed that there were times that partners didn't communicate expectations with one another as it related to staff assignments. There were a few engagements that I conflicted with one another as far as me being able to be at client sites.
