The welcome was great. So much so that it blinded me to the possibility of being left emotionally tormented. The workload was also insane! They expected so.much out of one person. No work life balance at all.

It doesn't matter how much you cry out for help regarding workplace bullies in the organisation, you're ig ored and the bullies are rewarded. This kind of treatment is being documented all over the world. Workplace bullying leaves people with ptsd, major trauma and it s about time people speak up and name the organisations that allow these bullies to thrive in their organisations. Before joining ask about their policies against workplace bullying.. those bullies that tormented me are still at the organisation,safe and protected by the organisation.
