I can't think of a single reason to work here. I managed 7 years, and I'm not sure how I did it. I guess if I had to pick something, it would be a steady pay check

How much time do you have today? There were no raises, no performance reviews, no bonuses, no perks of any kind. Boredom will become your best friend because there is not much to do. Management is now forcing people who used to be able to work from home, to have to drive into the "office". 4 walls and absolutely nothing to do. The phones don't ring in the office, there are no repairs to make, no customers to serve, nothing. Just another crappy employer trying to swing a bigger bat than their employees and forcing them to be compliant. There's NO training on new machines or software. You are supposed to do it on your own or talk to other employees and find the answer yourself. Very poor business model.
