Not much to say in favor of the company. They have a very bad working envirnoment, bad salaries, terrible bosses and an editorial line that compromises quality journalism.

Terrible working environment, low salaries, bad working conditions and lacks journalistic integrity, prone to censorship

None, you get paid as freelance but only if they open the system on time otherwise you can be yo to two months without money.

Terrible work conditions: broken chairs, no computers, no air conditioning, dirty floors and desks, toxic co workers , you work 15 hours with absolutely not a single benefit or perk.
