The only okay thing was the salary wasn't awful, and it was fairly normal hours. Also you didn't usually work with the general public.

Staff are treated poorly, micromanaged within an inch of their life. Very two-faced management team, who will say anything you want to hear to stop you complaining, but then never actually do anything good.

Majority of staff were great to work with, great team spirit. Casual Fridays Fairly nice offices, given the manufacturing proximity.

Extremely rude and ungrateful management team. Nearly all employees felt underappreciated, underpaid and overworked. Constantly added new tasks and responsibilities to people's jobs, without increase in pay or decrease in existing tasks. Met the bare minimum for H&S and statutory employment law, but always happy to take advantage of a loophole to save money.
