Vantaggi
Adequate if you're looking for a short-term job
Svantaggi
Multitempo refused to pay the exact hours I worked. They always paid less than what I had actually performed. I confronted them about this and they said I was doing my calculations wrong. After I left the job, they owed me about €700, so I took them to court. I had a state lawyer (as I couldn't afford a private one) and he was little interested in my case, so my minimal threat managed to get my money back but no punishment was set for them. I can't guarantee they won't steal from other people in the future. Multitempo is a safe haven for companies that need people but don't want to be responsible for them. Jobs that are in practicality permanent are passed around in temporary contracts. I worked for them for one year in 2018 and the job position still exists today. Because they are a temporary job service, every month I had to go to Multitempo's headquarters to sign a new contract. This gives them the opportunity to not renew contracts the following month if they didn't like you. It was always a surprise finding out that a colleague you worked with last month was now replaced by a new one. People were always temporary, but the job wasn't.
