great people...working for a common goal...good team work. people truly like working with each other. the leaders really care about the employees. don't know if the new company will change this.

wait and see what the new owners will do. lots of unknowns.

The people generally work well with each other. Communication between management and employees is pretty good. Hours are flexible somewhat, but there is never a lack of work. Atmosphere is casual.

Employees are underpaid by ~20%. There is a lack of capacity in some departments which leads to the people working on too many things at once and not being able to fully focus on issues.
