Once you clear the initial interview, you are put through an extensive technical program to develop your skills and also learn technologies that are new and in demand. Support throughout client interview process, clear directions to site, dress code/cultural advice, and pointers. Continual support through onboarding process with clients, and during assignments at each of their clients.
Svantaggi
Mangement should consider a shuttle between the training site and the apartments since many of my batch mates were not local and did not have a car. Car pooling helped only to a certain extent.
