Work is varied and interesting, and you get the chance to be involved in lots of different projects. Teams across the business work well together and there are no silos. Everyone feels like they have a say and can put ideas forward to senior management. Good benefits overall and lots of flexibility. Mumsnet, as you might imagine, is a great place for parents to work, as they fully understand the realities of balancing work and family life!
