A 10 hour shift + more than 1 hour on the road to get there. If you're on support and you finish your shift but still have pending tasks, you can leave but you'll definitely hear about it in your evaluation. (So most probably you'll be dedicating more than 11 hours of your day to Murex) 50 hours/week + weekend support once a month or two which are not compensated as they should be. You can work 2/5 days remotely but that is not appreciated by your managers. The salaries vary discriminately between teams.
