      - Most people here seem happy with their jobs - Casual dress code - The work is interesting and we get to collaborate with a range of different sized companies - I enjoy having flexibility to learn and grow in my profession (I get reimbursed for online courses) - I like the people on my team

      Sometimes I need to work late, but that's part of the profession I guess. Living near here is very expensive.
