      Nice team, interesting industry and projects. High autonomy.

      Sudden expansion and sudden laid off. Unsure about the financial situation of the company. Need to standby 7 days a week, public holidays included, being the only account servicing staff in the area and expect customer to contact you whenever they have issues, while the non-working hours support and response time from UK headquarter is insufficient.

      Management - leadership is laughably poor. Unwilling to listen to employees regarding improvements to business in general and to the day to day life of employees. Fast turnaround of staff- often leaving to competitors.
