Nothing: To be precise it's not even a company it's like working for a wholesale shop. Worst experience in my whole 5 yrs of working experience.

No Company polices, 3 decision makers but none communicated with eachother. It is a factory that pretends to be a MNC level company. Owners and management people are like goons and want to cut down the salaries of the employees by giving xyz reasons and that too not explaining anything to the employees. I LEFT THE COMPANY IN APRIL AND GOT THE F&F AFTER ALOT OF UNEXPLAINED DEDUCTIONS AFTER ALMOST 120 DAYS OF TIME AND THAT TOO AFTER 200 MAIL TRAILS, rest you can imagine. These people are not at all professional and don't walk their words. The Hr management is the worst and they don't have any policies and still figuring out what needs to be done. If anyone is appearing for the job role in this company then it's a complete RED FLAG !!! Stay away..
