Not transparent. You are working on a 1099, they have these rich kids from China trying to pose as professionals to scam other wealthy Chinese, with all these secondary companies, the location is all just for show, you walk in and there are 20 secondary companies. The jobs on the site are not even real, they are trying to get material to market the other companies. People should be ashamed of working here, you are not recruiters you are scam artist taking advantage of the students from China. Just look at their employees on linkedin, they don't have anyone with any long term experience, just a bunch of rich chinese kids graduating from rich universities, they hide behind their subsidiaries and multiple companies.
