- Too much micromanaging - Unrealistic KPI every month. - Boss applied favouritism among the staffs. - Boss do not listen employee's suggestion or complaint. Also do not give solution when there are problem arise between manager and staffs. - Workload is really heavy. Every day have to write 3,4 articles and still, U need to settle the task after office hour. (4, 3 articles to write per day!!!! Not include to proofread n check the details! - Salary is really low. Not worth for the workload. Especially for people who have experiences. - Appointed manager is not qualified in the field, and cannot take comments from other people/ staff, making staff under her doing same task all over again (waste of time and energy). - Have meeting every week (not to include the unexpected meeting too.)
