- Good team - good culture - interesting product - good opportunity for growth - low hierarchy related issues and easy access to cxo level. - Company ceo and top management is really good and can take a lot of critic of themselves and they appreciate that as well. - I have highly criticized current ceo multiple times to improve things and it was received well and he made it comfortable so that anyone can do the same and welcome these things.

- imbalance of work pressure between teams due to top management tries to micro manage sometimes. - If the company facing bad situation all team should be informed before any layoffs. This company faced 2 major layoffs so far and lesson not learned. They should have learned the lesson after 1st time still made the same mistake 2nd time. So over hiring in engineering team is a problem cased by ceo. Without really thinking about this kind of things can be a big issue to anyone joining the team.
