Lacking good engineers who embrace modern and proven tech but engineers who just want to maintain the status quo. No form of any proper SDLC practice or business direction. The business makes directions as though as they are flipping a coin every single morning. Do not join if you want any form of proper engineering experience because you will not achieve that goal. Lack of mentorship and capable engineers.
