- Excellent people and culture - Work/life balance is A+ - New engineers can learn and grow at a comfortable pace - Rewards initiative - Good 401k/Health Insurance - Flexible vacation - Great location - Happy hours, snacks of varying healthiness (but primarily healthy), many types of beverages (yes, that includes beer), and game room (ping pong, foosball, hoops) - Can work on any part of the tech stack that you want

Svantaggi

- They don't have full automated testing so 1-2 times a year the implementation engineers in the company have to do manual testing. They are working on it, but it is not as high as a priority as it should be. - Several times a year a release happens over the weekend and you have to be available to support if any issue comes up with stuff you did. - The slow, stable pace of the financial industry values stability over innovation, so there are older technologies that need to be supported.
