Amazing culture: very diverse, not everyone will be your buddy but you can find everyone friendly. They are open to any feedback, positive or negative, I feel comfortable talk to managers about changes and improvement. The company has been there for awhile, but does maintain some positive startup culture.

Slow: Sometime it takes the company long time to act (on any changes), due to bureaucracy and legacy. Technology wise, they add new tech fast, but remove old-ones slowly. Inconsistent tech-stack caused the development painful.
