Never in my life have I worked in a more toxic work environment. The CEO, Jose Torres, has his hand in absolutely every ounce of the business, he doesn’t trust his staff, he is disrespectful, he belittles his employees, and cons his clients. The product itself is trash and never works correctly and Jose ignores it, costing physicians hundreds of thousands of dollars. “HR” is a joke, they say they’re there for you but when you go to them with concerns or issues nothing changes because Jose has them on his leash. The employees try their best to please physicians and patients. They stick together because its the only thing that keeps anyone sane. I would never, ever, recommend even considering working for that man or this company.
