1. Sucks at training new employees. For a company that services big clients, it's quite ironic that they don't have proper documentation and expects new employees to just "Google" their products and services. 2. Discards people like trash. They don't provide any explanation and simply terminate employees by removing their access. 3. Some people in position are standoffish, completely ignoring clarifications and suggestions.
