Thanks for giving us a review! It's great to hear you're enjoying the collaborative culture we're continuing to build. I hear you on the need to improve our processes and tools. 2018 is shaping up to be a year where we make great strides in this area, as we should be moving to a new ERP. (Woot!) On top of that, our Sales Ops and BI team are consistently working to improve our CRM and all the processes that go along with it. It may never be 100% perfect, but we'll darn well try!
