No formal training. They boost their "number of employees" by counting contractors e.g. moderators/contractors. When I was there a fully staffed office consisted of 12 people! They don't have the numbers to meet the demands of their customers! In other words they can't bring new talent because they don't have the time to train anyone. In addition, the product is one big band aid. All the good developers have left and they can't make any progress because they are constantly fixing the poor coding. Band aids on top of band aids. Also, the CEO is an investment bank who thinks he is an IT guy. Mzinga is just a tinkering project for him and does not really care what happens to the company.
