      It's mostly remote, altho they have offices that you can go to. (It's not a con if you are into remote work)

As for the remote part, we at N-iX offer the flexible working format, so you can choose what is more convenient - remote, office, or combine both options. Today we have delivery centers with offices in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Colombia, and we are constantly working on exploring and opening new locations, so our specialists can feel comfortably in their working experience.       HHRR are very nice & supportive.. which is the only thing worth at the company

      Management is crazy and has lost direction. Delivery is pretty bad; different teams cannibalise to get projects. I had never seen something like that... I don't recommend it. If sales fail to get new projects, you'll be fired next month. No bench at all.
