Great R&D projects. Over the course of it's lifetime, it was a small company, then got acquired (2016), then got sold off (2019). The reason for it's acquisition: successful win of contracts. Reason it was sold off: new mgmt bungled production & it was loosing money.
Svantaggi
Management. The acquiring company in 2016 brought in a crew of snake-oil salesmen. Production failed, turn-over rate soared, and I've been told the company was sold off at a loss. R&D mgmt can't hire, won't fire, doesn't have vision, and chooses favorites based on race and sex. If you interview for R&D, be confident and ask them if they have new R&D mgmt yet.
