Networking is an inevitable part of your job at all levels, it can be beneficial in moving forward and out. There is often a lot of overtime due to the lack of organization with the office; can be seen as a good thing if you need the extra pay. Opportunity to travel to other offices in the East/West/Southern coasts. No formal dresscode; everyone was almost too dressed down including the managers!

Unfortunately, no lawyers in any of the offices nationwide when filing forms with USCIS in the NALEO offices; this might present a problem somewhere down the line, also there is no EXPERT training or at least competent guidance from upper level mgmt whatsoever. Little to no growth within the org. Terrible management, inept managers!!!!! UNDERPAID AND OVER WORKED
