Does a good business, has good machines. People are nice, managers work just like everyone else.

Slow to make permanent, but no real cons.

Good for career startup and Graduates.

Company Likes to work with few people who they like more. No options to get promoted coz old people and people from many years working on same positions. Freshers and youngsters cant grow their career. No values for their employees only listening their managers.
