- Would be great to have access to training materials - other teams like Product Engineering have access to PluralSight, but it would be fantastic if the client support team had access to that as well as many people starting out in this position are beginners. We could use it to study SQL, Windows Server management, SAML/SSO, etc. as we need to understand these things on a basic level as well
- I could be wrong, but I don't know think NAVEX offers to pay for things like getting a Master's degree or certifications. Getting my Master's is important to me but expensive.
