Vantaggi
-great on an individual contributed level. I loved my team and my manager was incredibly supportive. -basically unlimited PTO as long as you’re doing the job well and getting your things done and are on top of the ball and customers -collaboration is amazing. Colleague support is something I loved. -they look into career development and growth within the company (see corresponding con to this) -it is a great stepping stone job to get into the industry. People will work here for a year or two and then get a job elsewhere making 15-25k more. They do provide very transferable skills
Svantaggi
-do not provide market value compensation for the role and have minuscule raises (IF you even quality for one) -growing pains while constantly acquiring new companies -constant process and communication issues between departments ( a part of growing pains) -understaffed and employees that are there are expected to do the work they have to do even if it can’t fit in a 40 hour work week -benefits are lacking in comparison to other SaaS companies -they readjusted commission to the point where if something was cancelled or impossible to implement, they’d make you pay them back. And also removed a few additional commission avenues. Together it was an impossible KPI to meet and one you didn’t want to risk going through and have it come back on you. -they nickel and dime customers for every small tiny thing -you cannot apply for a job within without the support from someone (I.e. manager) or else it can be something they use against you as you’re a “flight risk”
