I honestly believe that this starts will the leadership at NBC, Inc. Brock Dugger, Director of Business Development, Stevie Durr, Director of HR, and President/CEO Jonathan Perry make time to coach and guide his employees towards success. I strongly recommend NBC, Inc. The opportunity for rapid advancement, and more importantly, exposure that translates into experience in an array of different skill sets and industries. Advancement and promotions are based on performance, so your success is in direct relation to your drive and passion. Also, the interviewing process is quite intriguing in that, the whole process is completely transparent, and an incoming possible candidates is able to meet all the key players throughout the process. You can sincerely feel the family atmosphere throughout the proceedings.

The training program is demanding at first, simply because the candidate is be trained while employed in order to bend the learning curve. Also, this profession is not for someone that is shy, or unable to connect with a variety of different people. With that being said, interpersonal skills and confident are a MUST. In addition, this profession requires an individual to meet a demanding schedule, and constantly seek personal and professional development. Because they are spending time to develop individuals, the position is long term and takes dedication to succeed.

Some of my favorite things about NBC were the people, the atmosphere, the willingness to help others. In my time there, I always had someone to go to if I needed any help. Most of the time I didn't have to ask. They were always willing to work with me. The training aspect is awesome. It's very hands on and group oriented. The opportunity is great. While I was there I actually got to see several promotions and its amazing. This business is not about one person, it's about everyone. This is not a scam! It's a great opportunity to learn and grow.

The downside is the dedication and time that it takes. There are long hours and yes, its very exhausting but I wouldn't trade my experience for the world. Opportunity comes dressed in overalls sometimes instead of a suit and tie.
