Used to have a company atmosphere, ‘all pulling the the same direction’, support from CEO etc.

Now new ‘leadership’ have come in and tried to ‘modernise’ the company, but with no real strategy so a lot of disruptive change for no tangible benefit. Escrow left to ‘figure it out’, with no change to the leadership essentially formed by ‘being a friend of the previous CEO’ (MD) and ‘indulging the Trumpesque mindset of the MD’ (‘Senior Leadership Team’). With nobody bringing any real expertise to the division we continue to sink into the background as the Assurance division gets all the investment and progress. I can’t see Escrow being a part of NCC in another 5 years.
