Be Cautious - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso NCC Group

Slow career growth. Company is very frugal with petty things. No salary increments or role promotions even if you hit all your targets. The company's response to Covid-19 is still not being handled the proper way. Consultants and Project Managers work day and night to keep the business running, but the upper management is careless. Salaries are not competitive at all and there seems to be no active program for employee retention even after the high turnover rate. Amazing talented people at the bottom of the tree though i.e. Consultants, AMs, and PMs. Work-life balance is a challenge. Good luck all!
