*Management is toxic and unwilling to change and pivot from late 1990s - early 2000 sales tactics *I was an employee on NCC Group's sales team until I was terminated after fighting for commission. I brought the organization a half a million dollar managed services contract organically, only to be rewarded with an internal battle to collect payment. They (John Collins) were not pleased that I closed the deal under a comp plan that included an 18% payout. *I was harassed internally by management, which included gaslighting, intimidation, manipulation, and was then put on a Performance Improvement Plan 4 months after hitting 130% of my quota in my first year.
