There is zero training, zero participation opportunities for conferences locally let alone international. Zero opportunities to grow. There were some awesome people to work with, who have left by now. Senior leadership is a joke and the way they do promotions and payrises is also another joke. There is no place as a Manager / Director if you are not white. (Excluding the 1 token ex-comm leader). With the offshore center, soon there wont be much to stick around for anyway. There is so much Greenwashing and Woke washing you would think this is a laundry business not consulting one. Also dont bother speaking with HR to raise complaints. They will always tow the company line no matter the case. HR are there to protect the company not the individual
