Challenging, active, lots of problems to be solved if you are a problem solver. Good benefits if you can get anyone to explain them.

High work load, Poor hone life balance, you are expected to sell sell sell, but there is nothing to back it up, late or damaged orders, no engineering support for the smaller divisions of the company, POOR communication in every aspect of the company, everyone is too busy trying to cover themselves to come together to do what needs to be done to ship orders in time. No respect for employees, everyone is replaceable. No follow through, poor training, high turn over. Avoid this place.

Two weeks vacation upon being hired is a pro. There are some very hardworking people in this company that want to help you succeed.

I felt overwhelmed to the point that each day I walked in the office, I could feel my blood pressure spike. Do not expect much for your "bonus". No opportunities to get outside of the office. I truly believe this position lowered my IQ. You will notice from day one, everyone hates their job. The company was understaffed, yet I witnessed the company let go of several people. The daily meetings and reports seem to be ineffective.
