      The job is challenging, but the duties and workflow are clearly defined. I really liked how much employee involvement there was as far as potlucks, Secret Santa, BBQs, etc. They also had a good benefits package.

      They struggled with some of their management when I was there, and a lot of the top managers were replaced (which I think was a good decision in the long run). It's also a long commute unless you live in Airway Heights. It's sometimes a challenge having the corporate office all the way in Texas. Advancement is slow if you don't want to transfer to another office.

      Two weeks vacation upon being hired is a pro. There are some very hardworking people in this company that want to help you succeed.

      I felt overwhelmed to the point that each day I walked in the office, I could feel my blood pressure spike. Do not expect much for your "bonus". No opportunities to get outside of the office. I truly believe this position lowered my IQ. You will notice from day one, everyone hates their job. The company was understaffed, yet I witnessed the company let go of several people. The daily meetings and reports seem to be ineffective.
