Great place to work and begin a career.

No cons to speak of.

Pay is fair and the benefits are good. The time off is a great benefit. Some departments work holidays because of the events schedule, but get the time off somewhere else. Manager is nice and colleagues are great. CEO is personable and has gone out of his way to talk to most employees at our staff gatherings. Office is nice and conveniently located.

Training could be better. There is brief training on the software used, but it can be complex and most of the time I defaulted to asking colleagues or my manager for help. I appreciate the annual increases, but sometimes they felt a bit low.
