Being a family owned company, the owner truly cares about his employees and their best interests. In this day and age, that's not always so. It's nice not to work for some absent CEO who doesn't even know your name. The owner is always present, working along side us.

As the company grows, there are always growing pains. But I have confidence in the owner that he's taking the necessary steps to mitigate the issues as they arise.

When NDL was a small company, there was a lot of opportunity to learn about the industry and wear many “hats”. There was a team atmosphere and the employees worked hard. I felt a good deal of job security as the company started to grow because the quality of work was good and the management handled the growth by carefully adding skilled staff members.

As the company grew, there were growing pains combined with a transfer of management to a single owner. Although this was good for the company overall it was stressful to be involved in a management change, moving offices and a heavy work load. Everyone worked hard during this period but it was stressful.
