Management will tell you to your face there is nothing they can do to fix a bad situation, lack of training and broken or equipment.
They take little initiative to recruit new help. Deny transferring to different departs. Pile on responsibilities for co-workers who leave and don't not increase your pay, and then expect that tocontinue to be your new job while they focus on hiring people to fill other holes. There is no ability to move upward only sideways, with little to no increase in pay. Constantly threaten to not give bonuses. And actively ship out an increasingly percentage of work to Vietnam, to "build relationships, so during busy times they can help lighten the load". And force people home when there is no work so they have to use there PTO time.
