      Good working environment. Colleagues are willing to help. No hierarchy or sabotage between colleagues. Basic employee benefit (medical, insurance etc) Work-life balance is good. No one will bother you after working hours.

      Bad management. If you can suck up to the higher ups, your work life will be smooth sailing. Increment is once every TWO years. Its literally around 2% of your salary and it doesn't matter how well you perform. Increment is NOT based on your performance. There is no career progression. After 5 or 10 years, you will still be at the same position.
