It's been a very good time working at this company. HRs do a great job of connecting like-minded people within one team. It has been a pleasure to work alongside professionals learning from them along the way. Communication with senior management was always easy. There is a culture that encourages conversation and proactivity at Neklo which I truly value. Also I never had problems with work/life balance.
