      Salary is competitive. They work with major oil and gas clients and have regular jobs to work.

      No management. Little training to advance career. When there are no jobs BD is expected and when there is jobs then BD doesn't matter. No plans for the business as a whole. Poor work-life balance.

      Micromanagement. Focus primarily on sales side, support side seen as less valuable. Bonus not even 10% of salary. No opportunity to negotiate bonus or salary. No opportunity to advance. Certain people favored.
