Worked at NEST for a while, with constant turnover, so working there I was able to meet plenty of people. Unfortunately that leads me into the Cons.

Company takes great pride in noting that they get voted "Best Places to Work in South Jersey", which is voted upon by the employees and made available by HR to fill out. If you dont fill it out - you get a warning, if you fill it out with a non positive review - you get canned. So they practically buy their awards, so don't bother thinking that is a benefit. Constant turnover, now this isn't because the low level employees are bad, its actually because upper management is horrendous. Upper Management cares only about themselves. Owner is preaching politics to the employees in quarterly "Town Halls", in all honesty he is reminiscent of scrooge mcduck jumping into pools of money. This is a call center, and regardless of what they are telling the employees, they can and will replace any and every employee over time, because there is absolutely no loyalty. Work elsewhere.

I have built a career out of NEST. I started in an entry level position and worked my way up over the years. I have learned so much along the way. NEST is a company that cares about its employees, clients and vendors. They invest in the people who invest in them and I'm happy to be a part of this team.

There's some positive vibes in meetings.

They are really suspicious. This happened multiple times. At work meetings, they would say an employee put in their two weeks notice but their last day is today. They lay-off long time workers without pay. Penalize trade workers they hire if they are sick, death in the family or in an accident. ARE VERY BAD at telling and making clear payment terms to their trade workers. They have to wait months for payment unless they sign up for earlier pay that deductes a percentage of their pay and it's impossible to reach accounts payable by phone. Only email, and they don't answer emails.
