- The management is very savvy - The culture is quite open and friendly - Lots of information sharing sessions (retros, post-mortems, seminars, etc.) and library of past failures - If you can shine, you can be promoted (to a certain level) quite quickly

- Nexon doesn't have an edge in game development (it's more of a publisher) - Compensation is quite poor - Only the teams that are located in the main NEXON building complexes have good facilities (such as cafeteria, canteen, and gym). Teams that are located in random contracted offices do not have access to the aforementioned perks.
