So customer focused yet can't get the team they need to run a proper business all to keep Simons pocket laced properly. Boxing day opening at 5am if you enjoy Christmas don't work at next as your expected to start work on boxing day at 5am for the half price sale. Next has no care for its staff and their families especially over the holiday period as you are worked like a donkey and have to give up your holiday for people to buy half price tat from last year.
