      I’m a new employee at Next. Had Induction and also completed my first shift. Next seems a very organised company to work for. They have an employee portal where you can view shifts, payslips, annual leave, staff handbook.

      Can’t start working extra shifts until after I’ve completed a review after 4 weeks.
