      No hierarchy, you will be hired as manager .. but you will have to report to MD directly. They will screw you without any reason whatsoever. Sometime it feels like you are in some elementary school. No respect for employees, they are treated like servant. If you are in sales team then you are not allowed to leave office untill MDs are there. on top of that MD is abusive. Most of the employee are working since the company is formed .. so management is too much dependent on them, they only need new guys to work as their punching bag.

      My experience with NF Infratech team is positive. The team fosters Culture of sincere work, seep thinking and adherence to the timeline is encouraged. Any sort of corporate politics is condemn which leads to a good work environment so employees can be efficient and hard-working. Overall, great place to learn and grow.
